Questions United have asked me when I am booking trips:

"Which state is Australia in?"

"Do you mean Tonga, Australia?"

    I have a funny feeling your best move is to call during peak call vollume in the US -- and HOPE your call goes to the overflow call center, in India. Last I knew their main call center was in Denver.... and the schools there are so so at best...

    United's call center should have hired me 20ish years ago when they had the chance...
