Usually I get up at eight. Then I read blogs until nine. Yesterday I got up at seven and went straight to work.
Arbitrista, I'm not sure whether getting up early would make me a bigger hero on your scale or a lesser one. Because getting up early is heroic all by itself. But then, if I got up late, and still restructured a chapter before 9, that would mean I was a super-efficiency god, right?
