Some free advice

If someone sends you a sensitive email about someone in your professional circles having a terminal illness, and if that email mentions that the news is top secret, you probably shouldn't print it out and leave it lying on the departmental printer all day.

WOW!!!

Of course, I was in a copy room used by many, many, many departments when I found the hiring file of someone I knew -- the Dean's office left it there. Included was her home information and social security number. I could have done massive identity theft...
