So very surreal to see this as we're heading into autumn in the Northern Hemisphere! Cool.
I want to spend the next several months in the southern hemisphere!!
You call this spring? I've spent just under a week in Sydney now, and I'm amazed at the wonderful summer weather (measured, of course, with my own swedish standards...=
For a second, I forgot that you are in the Southern Hemisphere!!!!Beautiful photo!
Thanks, Seeking Solace. I took the photo yesterday here.Mikael, I know. 20 degree temperatures is summer weather for New Zealanders too. But it's going to get much much hotter. In summer we sometimes have weeks where it doesn't go below 40.
Here the chestnuts are falling, splitting open on the footpath I take down to the tram every morning. Nine days to go until I fly into spring.
Seriously, it's so beautiful that I set it as my desktop background. That's what I need to be seeing right now. (The flowers are mostly gone now, here. Even those last autumn roses.)
What a beautiful photo!
Talk to me! (You know you want to!)
