This is the coolest initiative EVER.
All our local buses are now free if you are traveling with a bicycle! That means you can hook your bike on the front rack, jump in the bus, and not pay for a ticket.
If only I had known about this when we were house-hunting, it would have made the radius within which we could consider moving much, much larger.

That is awesome.
Our local transit authority just replaced all the trolley buses. The new ones look cool, but in a remarkable design flaw, the bike racks obscure the headlights when pulled down. So you can't put your bike on the bus during the seemingly 21 hours a day of darkness that we're getting right now.
