Yes, you know I really like those ice creams. I once bought some for a bunch of Brits-in-the-USA (cos they told me to pick up ice cream when I picked up the chinese take out, which granted has a little shop attached, but mostly features you know, asian stuff). And they howled with disgust. But then when they tried it (I had both red bean and the green tea) they adored it. It really is yum.
Ohh. I LOVE green tea ice-cream! Red bean and lychee are good, too, but they're also-rans in my book. I got hooked in Japan, back in high school, and in my previous city I used to go out for it in Chinatown whenever the urge hit.
Damn. Now you're making me want some!
We have all those flavours in my town (we also have Canada's oldest Chinatown). But I've been too much of a chicken to try any of them.
I should have known. You guys always get the good food first :)
Red Bean Ice Cream rocks. I had Carrot Ice cream last year, and then it went away. I was sad.
Talk to me! (You know you want to!)
