I hope the students at least know not to come complaining to you.
Wait - I thought that:
a) you were *not* going to grade the finals; and
b) that you were not beign paid for this position any longer?????????????
You are right on both counts, shrinky. This is ScaryLecturer's response to having to mark the finals himself.
Oh jeez louisa! That is fricking ridiculous! I hope you never have to work with him again.
He's actually been nice to me lately. This comment just illustrates that nothing has changed in his underlying attitude! I just seem to have got on his good side for some unexplained reason (And he can be quite disarmingly charming when he's being nice.)
He even complimented me on my teaching last week. (Well, mentioned that some of my students had been telling him I was an excellent tutor and that they loved the way I explained things). I almost died of shock!
