Mmmm... that's what my earl grey looks like too. I highly recommend trying it as a teapuccino. Make a super condensed tea concentrate (like one cup of water to 6 teaspoons of tea) and mix with milk and some vanilla syrup or other sweetener. Yum!
Said teapuccino (when it's concentrated Earl Grey, steamed milk, and vanilla) is also known as a London Fog. I love London Fogs so much. The coffee shop down the street also calls it a Teddy Bear, but the girl at the counter was super embarassed that they called it that.
I'm such a nerd, when it comes to anything containing steamed milk. Or steamed soy milk, in my case.
There's an espresso machine in the Asian Studies common room in our area that is supposedly for staff only. But if you only use it to steam a cup of milk and bring the milk yourself, I don't see the harm. So I often lurk around there until the room is empty and steam a cup of milk to add chai syrup to.

Sounds great. I love steamed milk drinks too.

But I'll have to try it with this tea now too.
Talk to me! (You know you want to!)
